Refund and activation policy
FCA PROXI Tool is a hardware-bound annual digital subscription activated online. Please read this before subscribing.
Because the annual subscription is tied to one PC and activated through our server, a subscription that has been activated cannot be returned. Activation binds the active 12-month subscription term to your hardware.
Before you buy: tell us your vehicle model and year on WhatsApp or Telegram and we will confirm compatibility, so you know the tool fits your work before any payment.
If activation fails or you move to a new PC, contact us — we help with re-activation and setup. Support is included during the active subscription term; we do not leave you stuck.
