By installing or using FCA PROXI Tool you agree to these terms.
Subscription license. FCA PROXI Tool is licensed, not sold. A $500 annual subscription grants 12 months of access beginning at activation, is hardware-bound to a single PC and is activated online. There are no per-file or per-VIN fees. The subscription is for your own professional use and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed. Continued access after the 12-month term requires another annual subscription term.
Intended use. The software is a professional tool for reading, editing and writing PROXI/CDA configuration and running diagnostics on compatible FCA/Stellantis vehicles. You are responsible for using it correctly, on vehicles you are authorized to work on, and for verifying results before and after any write.
No warranty for outcomes. Vehicle configuration work carries inherent risk. The software is provided as is; the developer is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use, unsupported vehicles, unstable power, or third-party hardware.
Activation data. Online activation and server-side CRC require an internet connection and transmit a hardware identifier and license data to our server for authorization. See the Privacy Policy.
Trademarks. FCA PROXI Tool is independent and not affiliated with FCA, Stellantis or any manufacturer. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
